Regeneration of engine heads

We regenerate the heads of combustion engines of passenger cars, trucks and machines. The purchase of a new head is an expense of over a dozen or even tens of thousands of zlotys. However, there is a much cheaper alternative - repair, which allows you to restore the efficiency of the engine head at a much lower cost.

At Vag-Exper, we regenerate the heads, removing all its defects and damage caused by using the engine. We do this by performing various corrective actions:

- checking the head for leaks,
- head surface planning,
- milling valve seats,
- valve seat replacement,
- replacement of valve guides,
- valve grinding,
- replacement of the preliminary chamber,
- removing blocked injectors,
- bushing of pump injector sockets,
- camshaft alignment,
- welding engine head cracks,
- ultrasonic washing of the engine head,
- tightness control of all cylinder channels (water, oil and fuel),
- checking the tightness of valves, suction and exhaust ducts of the head.
